Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the variety of support services and products Hope Redefined offers we have varying refund policies for our products. Please ensure that you understand the refund policy for any service or product you engage with.
Online Support Groups
When registering for a spot in one of our online groups, you are signing up for those sessions only. If you are unable to attend, for any reason, you will still be charged the entire group cost. Please understand that when you register, you are taking that spot for the entirety of the group. We are not able to offer partial refunds.
Retreat
We understand that situations and plans can change despite our best efforts to commit to something like a retreat. Our desire is to keep our retreats as close to cost as possible and honor our commitment with vendors we are working with. We are not able to receive a refund on our end, therefore, we are not able to offer full refunds back within certain time frames.
We will do our best to apply your funds to a future retreat when possible.
No scholarship funds will be returned to the recipient. Donors will be contacted directly by Hope Redefined to determine what the donor would like to do with those funds in the event you should cancel.
Deposits are non-refundable after 10 days of receiving. We are able to move your registration to a future retreat.
Final payment is due 30 day before the retreat date. If full registration is not received 30 days pre retreat attendees spot will be opened for another attendee. No refunds will be issued for payments made.
If attendee cancels 30+ day prior to retreat date a 50% refund will be issued excluding deposit.
If attendee cancels less than 30 days prior to retreat no refund will be issued. Participants are allowed to move registration to the next retreat.
Hope Redefined reserves the right to address each situation and support attendees where we can. However, large portions of our retreat are customized for each of our participants so your deposit allows us to begin our work to prepare for you to attend.
Coaching
If a coaching client needs to cancel their coaching relationship/agreement at any time they must submit the cancellation request to their coach 10 days prior to ending the agreement. If the client has a positive balance for prepaid coaching sessions they will be refunded 60% of their package credit to allow for administration fees. If there is no balance the client is welcome to end the coaching relationship in writing 10 days prior to the next session without penalty or expected payment.
Hope Online Community
If you wish to cancel your subscription to Hope Online, you may do so once the minimum term of three (3) months has been fulfilled. At this stage, your subscription moves to a month-by-month subscription and cancellation will result in termination of your access from one month after your final payment is made. If you are participating in a specific, time-limited group at the time of cancellation, you will lose access to that group.
Digital Product Purchases
While Hope Redefined Ministries does not offer refunds for digital products/services, you can report any defects to us @support@hoperedefined.org.
Changes to Services as part of a subscription Occasionally, circumstances may call for changes to be made to the services offered (including dates and times of support sessions and webinars, etc.). We will notify you of this as soon as it is reasonably appropriate to do so. We will always offer an alternative option to replace the service that is unavailable.
If a client requests a change in services, Hope Redefined will do their best to reallocate funds to another support service within the organization. Clients will be responsible for any balance remaining for old/new services. Additional administration fees may apply.
Termination
Hope Redefined Ministries reserves the right to terminate your subscription, group registration, retreat registration, or coaching sessions immediately in the case of non-payment or for noncompliance of Hope Redefined’s terms and conditions. Should we need to terminate your subscription for any other reason, we will provide a minimum notice period of one month.
