The Spring 2025 Redeemed Hope Retreat is open for team members to sign up to serve! There are multiple ways to be involved with the retreat. Please take a few minutes to review our retreat team needs and fill out the form via the link below. (If you have already let us know that you will be serving, please ALSO fill out the form below for an official count). We are planning to have 18 participants this upcoming Spring, so we need a larger team. If you haven’t responded yet, please do so below.
On-Site Team Member– These team members are on site from Wednesday, March 12th through Sunday, March 16th. Mandatory training will be held via ZOOM on February 9th and 15th for ALL on-site team. Our fall team training went really well by splitting our usual single day, longer training into 2 shorter time slots on different days. Please mark your calendar. If you have never served with us before, you will also need to complete New Team Training on January 25th via ZOOM.
Kitchen Support– Kitchen Support will be on site from Wednesday, March 12th through Sunday, March 16th. Job duties will be in the kitchen for prep and clean up as well as helping to serve the meals. While Kitchen Support will be in the large group sessions in between mealtimes, limited or no ministry time will be assigned. Mandatory training will be held via ZOOM on February 9th and 15th for ALL on-site team. Saturday Support– Saturday Support team will arrive on-site Saturday, March 15th at 9am. They will remain at the retreat until approximately 8pm. They will be assigned various roles that may include ministry teams and kitchen assignments. Mandatory training will be held via ZOOM on February 9th and 15th for ALL on-site team. Set-up Team– Expectation is that you will arrive to the retreat facility by 9am on Thursday, March 13th. You will be assigned a set-up team and will stay until after lunch is served to the team. There is no training required.
Clean-up Team– Expectation is that you will arrive to the retreat facility by 2pm on Sunday, March 16th. There is no training required.
Off-Site Intercessor– This team will be covering the retreat in prayer while the on-site team’s minister in person to the participants. You will receive invitations to attend a ZOOM prayer meeting prior to the retreat and receive emails containing prayer requests and updates from the on-site intercessor team. There is no training required.
