Relapse Safety Plan Workshop

September 30, 2023 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT

$265.00

A relapse plan is an essential recovery tool for any person healing from betrayal trauma because it allows a wife to respond to a relapse versus react. Planning ahead for something we all hope will never happen offers a woman the space to think clearly, identify her needs and layout steps to meet those needs.

Join Lyschel Burket, CPC (APSATS), and coaching team for a 2 day workshop (total of 4 hours) plus a mid-week check in (1 hour). You will have the opportunity to understand a relapse plan, consult with coaches and peers, and construct a plan that is personal to you.

Workshop will include:

  • 2 day workshop (4 hours total of live support) (Sept. 30 and Oct. 14)
  • Mid-week check-in to answer questions that might have risen while you work on your plan (1 hour of live support) (Oct 7th)
  • Facilitated by Lyschel Burket and coaching friends. Small group breakouts for discussion and brainstorming
  • Completed relapse plan
  • Opportunity to connect and brainstorm with other women on the healing journey with you
