The holidays are a daunting time when you are walking in the aftermath of infidelity and sexual betrayal. There are so many new dynamics to every holiday event, gathering, and tradition. Hope Redefined’s newly updated Holiday Workshops have something for you this holiday season no matter where you are in your healing journey. We will be offering a different workshop for every month of the holidays (November – February). Participating in these workshop is an excellent way to practice self-care during the holidays.
Each workshop will include
- a webinar hosted by an APSATS trained/certified coach.
- a 90-minute Q&A session held by an APSATS trained/certified coach.
- a downloadable topic-specific journal to help you process the information personally.
When you register, you will be gaining access to workshops on the following topics:
- November 14th @ 7 PM Eastern: “Navigating the Holidays: Boundaries and Safety in Relationships”
- December 3rd @ 7 PM Eastern: “Holidays and Families: Expectations and Parenting in the Wake of Infidelity”
- January 8th @ 8 PM Eastern: “Emotional Highs and Lows: Holding Space for Celebration and Grief in the New Year”
- February 4th @ 7:30 PM Eastern: “Self-Care and Coping Strategies Around Valentine’s Day”
