But for women navigating the aftermath of infidelity and betrayal, this time can also evoke deep emotions of grief, loss, and uncertainty. Balancing the desire for renewal with the weight of unresolved hurt can feel isolating and overwhelming. This workshop is designed to support women who are experiencing both the emotional highs and lows that come with stepping into a new year while healing from betrayal.
In this workshop, we will explore:
- Embracing dual emotions: How to honor both celebration and grief, joy and pain, as part of your healing process.
- Reflection and release: Practical exercises to reflect on the past year’s challenges and to release emotional baggage that may no longer serve you in the new year.
- Redefining resolutions: Crafting intentions for the year that prioritize emotional well-being, healing, and self-care, instead of pressure to “move on” or be “over it.”
- Creating space for joy: How to allow moments of celebration and hope, even while processing betrayal, and finding meaningful ways to mark the new year.
This workshop will provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where women can share their experiences and receive support as they navigate the dual realities of celebration and grief.
