Boundaries, Mindfulness and the Holidays

November 10, 2022 @ 8:00 pm - January 10, 2023 @ 9:30 pm EST

While this event has passed, we are offering the purchase of the two webinars that the Q&A was based on. Note: A recording of the Q&A will NOT be included.

Original Event: Navigating the holidays can be very difficult for a women also navigating sexual betrayal.  We are excited to offer several different group support meetings through the holiday months. The first will be focused on creating and setting boundaries and staying mindful as you travel the busy and often triggering days ahead.

Boundaries, Mindfulness and the Holidays will be a Q&A format centered around the information presented from two different webinars. Debbie Ferree, a trained professional, will be hosting this session on November 10, 2022 from 8:00-9:30pm Eastern Time via Zoom. This will give you a chance to talk about what was presented in the webinars and ask questions.

Plan to join us and prepare your heart and mind to walk through the holidays with intentionality and  safety.
