Ever wondered just what one-to-one coaching offers that other healing resources do not?
One-to-one coaching is the opportunity to work with a certified and professionally trained coach in the area of betrayal trauma. Many women have spent time in professional therapy and are now ready to create action steps for themselves and their stories. Coaching is an excellent space to process, brainstorm, and explore the future. Coaching allows clients to discover their strengths, weaknesses, and choices to grow. Our client/coach relationships work together to help review where things are and where they would like to be. We pray together…probably cry together, and run hard after Jesus together. Each relationship is built on the needs of the client.
Common Areas of Coaching
- Boundaries Development
- Trigger Management
- Spiritual Growth
- Therapeutic Disclosure Support
- Grief
- Accountability
- Needs Assessment and Self-Care
- Relational Recovery
What Our Clients Say
“I breathe easier after every session. She can even tell when I’m holding my breath as we talk about hard stuff during our time! Her ability to get to know me in such a relatively short time amazes me.” –Laura
“My coach challenges and stretches me to think further and . . . gently reminds me where I may not be trusting God. She always knows just the right questions to ask to move me forward.” – Anonymous
My coach “helped me sort through what’s important and what’s not, and helped me to create healthy boundaries. She listened without judgment.” – Anna
“My coach works magic. In the most non-threatening way, she helps me find clarity in my issues simply by asking me questions that I think help me to see my issues and how I might address them more healthily.” – Anonymous
