Rhonda Thomas has been a member of Hope Redefined since early 2020, and currently serves as the Online Community Manager. In her darkest moments, she draws comfort from the promise in Isaiah 43:2 (NLT) — “When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.” Rhonda is passionate about betrayed partners finding help and hope through safe relationships and community, and reclaiming their identity in Christ. She trained as a peer facilitator with A Door of Hope.

In 2021 Rhonda started a virtual assistant business specializing in websites, graphic design, and technical/administrative tasks. She is a homeschool veteran and blessed to be Mimi to 7 lovely granddaughters. Rhonda lives in Western Washington with long-time friends and is owned by a ridiculously comical, scruffy young rescue pup who (sometimes!) answers to Leroy. Whenever the sun peeks out from behind the clouds, she revels in God’s creation and the divine orchestra of bird songs that fills the trees with their sweet music.
