Welcome to the Healing Process for Grieving the Wounds of Betrayal. This 8-week coaching triad will be educational but heavy on process and practice. We will learn the value of grief and grieving together in an intimate setting of 3-4 participants. If you are finding the weight of sorrow in processing your betrayal overwhelming, it might be time for you to do some grieving. Know this: you are not alone, and grieving can truly bring hope.
Triad Coaching is a budget-friendly way to receive personalized coaching support in a small, connected group setting.
During the Coaching Triad sessions, we will:
• Support or supplement the current work of a woman who is experiencing the grief around betrayal
• Look at the many faces of grief and articulate what helps a woman feel emotionally and physically safe to feel the weight of loss
• Articulate the losses surrounding the betrayal
• Enter into the Valley of Suffering (whether grief is experienced as tears, rage, numbness, etc.)
This is not about controlling someone else’s recovery. It is about strengthening a sense of stability, clarity, and agency.
- The Coaching Triad consists of 75-minute sessions which last 6 weeks.
- Triad Coaching is led by an APSATS-certified coach
- The triad is a fraction of the cost of a coaching session (coaching is around $125 per 60-minute session)
- The triads are set up so that it’s you and about three other women. . . so you are set up to really dive into aspects of your story (versus with a group, where there are potentially 9 other women sharing that time/space).
- The content is shaped by the stories of the women in the group — the format is a processing group.
We’ll explore practical tools, meaningful insights, and proven strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. This program offers the structure of a curriculum with the support of a small and safe community—at an accessible price.

Cost: triad coaching at $80/session*
Facilitator: Michelle Russell, an APSATS-certified coach, a trauma and resilience coach, and a grief coach. She facilitates groups for women who have experienced sexual betrayal, working with them as they negotiate the healing process by gaining safety and stability, establishing boundaries, navigating the grief process, and finding hope in what looks only to be ashes.
