The Art of Hope

  • Are you carrying emotions that feel hard to explain — grief, confusion, anger, longing — and wishing for a safe place to process them?
  • Do you desire a faith-centered environment where creativity becomes a pathway to prayer, reflection, and renewed strength?
  • What if you could experience healing in community — surrounded by women who understand — even if you don’t consider yourself “artistic” at all?

What

The Art of Hope is a gentle, guided support group where creative expression meets emotional and spiritual restoration.

You don’t need artistic skill. You don’t need perfect words. You simply need a willing heart.

Through simple art exercises, reflection prompts, and compassionate conversation, you’ll learn tools that help:

  • Release stored emotions in healthy ways

  • Reduce stress and quiet anxious thoughts

  • Reconnect with God in fresh, embodied ways

  • Build connection with women walking similar healing journeys

This is not about creating something beautiful for display.
It’s about creating space for hope to take root again.

Who

This is a group of women seeking to deepen their healing through restorative art. No artistic ability is needed. Recommended for women who have already participated in some group or coaching support.

How

Over the course of 6-weeks, participants will use color, images, scripture, and simple creative practices to help process emotions, reduce stress, explore their identity in Christ, and rediscover hope.

Needed to participate:

Access to High Speed internet or data plan with Zoom video and audio capabilities.

Notes

All supplies will be provided for each weekly session.

Giving Tuesday

Hope takes root in the hardest soil. On December 2, you can help women find healing after betrayal — and your gift will be doubled. Together, we’ll grow deeper roots of restoration, faith, and courage.
