Step into a gentle, transformative space where creativity meets healing. The Art of Hope is a six-week restorative art group designed to nurture your emotional well-being, strengthen your faith, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that long to be seen, heard, and restored.
Therapeutic art—what we lovingly call restorative art—has been used for thousands of years to unlock healing far beyond what words alone can offer. Through color, images, scripture, and simple creative practices, this group will help you process emotions, reduce stress, explore your identity in Christ, and rediscover hope. No artistic ability is needed. This is art for your soul, not art for your wall.
Each week features a unique art experience paired with mindfulness, reflection, and community. By the end, you’ll have a collection of therapeutic tools you can return to again and again—like visual journaling practices for emotional regulation, spiritual grounding, and personal insight.
