A relapse plan is an essential recovery tool for any person healing from betrayal trauma because it allows a wife to respond to a relapse versus react. Planning for something we all hope will never happen offers a woman the space to think, identify her needs, and lay out steps to meet those needs.
Join Sharon Jackson, APSATS-CPC Professional Life Coach and A Door of Hope Certified Peer Facilitator for a 3-day workshop (total of 6 hours). You will have the opportunity to understand a relapse plan, consult with coaches and peers, and construct a plan that is personal to you.
The workshop will include:
- 2-day workshop (4 hours total of live coaching) July 26 and August 9 @ 11 AM EDT
- 1-day facilitator Q&A check-in and work time to answer questions that might have risen while you work on your plan (2 hours of live support) August 2 @ 11 AM EDT
- Small group breakouts for discussion and brainstorming
- Opportunity to complete your relapse safety plan
- Time to connect and brainstorm with other women on the healing journey with you
