LIMITED TO WOMEN WHO HAVE COMPLETED ADOH TRAINING!
If you are looking to take the next step toward certification as a peer facilitator, this is the group for you. Our mentorship program offers 5 sessions with Lyschel Burket, Certified Partner Coach (APSATS), PCC, RLC. These sessions will be conducted in small groups of no more than 5 and will enable you to experience a group from start to finish from a peer facilitator’s perspective.
This group offers
- 5 small group sessions
- observe a 10-week support group via recording
- a mentee handbook
- space to ask questions and seek support as you grow in your skills
- “behind the scenes” stories and procedures of facilitating groups
- guidance on when to push in or pull back with a participant, pursue or let go of a participant
- a deeper understanding of how to pray for participants
With a mentor by your side, you will define your unique needs, goals, and resources as you prepare to facilitate your own groups. You will be guided, supported, and encouraged, as you prepare to step into this new arena of helping betrayed partners.
