Have you ever wondered if a coaching triad is right for you? See if any of these statements apply to you:
- You struggle to identify the places where you feel stuck in your recovery.
- You have attempted to create boundaries but struggled to hold to them.
- You need space to brainstorm or think through future needs, decisions, and events.
- You need help in designing and navigating support plans like therapeutic separation, rebuilding trust, or relapse/slip plans.
- You have a hard time seeing God in the middle of the mess.
If any of these statements match up with your thoughts, a coaching triad might be a great fit for you. This coaching support format is a wonderful place to find accountability and keep moving toward healing as you learn new tools to navigate your journey all within a small group. You and two other participants in similar circumstances will meet weekly with an APSATS-trained or certified coach. During your time together, you will discuss various topics in an open-share format, create action steps based on the group’s needs, and find encouragement in a shared journey.
Participating in a coaching triad offers cost-effective support that can supplement the work you are doing in individual therapy or support groups, creating a bridge that focuses on your current circumstances.
