DESCRIPTION:Triad Coaching is a budget-friendly way to receive personalized coaching support in a small\, connected group setting. \nDuring the Coaching Triad sessions\, we will: \n• Learn what a Relapse Safety Plan actually is — and what it is not\n• Clarify what helps you feel emotionally and physically safe\n• Identify boundaries and next steps should relapse occur\n• Develop a personalized\, practical plan you can return to when emotions run high \nThis is not about controlling someone else’s recovery. It is about strengthening a sense of stability\, clarity\, and agency. \n\nThe Coaching Triad consists of 75-minute sessions which last 5 weeks.\nThe groups are led by an APSATS-certified coach\nThe triad is less than half of the cost of a coaching session (coaching is around $115 per 60-minute session)\nThe triads are set up so that it’s you and about three other women. . . so you are set up to really dive into aspects of your story (versus with a group\, where there are potentially 9 other women sharing that time/space).\nThe content is the Relapse Safety Plan workbook.\n\nWe’ll explore practical tools\, meaningful insights\, and proven strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. DESCRIPTION:One of the hard truths betrayed partners learn is that recovery and restoration are long-term choices.  Abiding in Hope is a support group for that journey.  This 45-week support group provides space to experience healing by developing a stronger relationship with God and a deeper connection with other women who share the same story. \nWhen joining an Abiding in Hope group\, you will join nine other women in their journey to healing.
