A relapse plan is an essential recovery tool for any person healing from betrayal trauma because it allows a wife to respond to a relapse versus react. Planning for something we all hope will never happen offers a woman the space to think, identify her needs, and lay out steps to meet those needs.
Join Shawna Meek, PCC, CPC-S, APSATS-certified, and the coaching team for a 2-day workshop (total of 4 hours) plus a mid-workshop check-in (2 hours). You will have the opportunity to understand a relapse plan, consult with coaches and peers, and construct a personal plan.
The workshop will include:
- 2-day workshop (4 hours total of live support) (October 14 and 28 @ 5-7 PM EST)
- Mid-workshop check-in Q&A to answer questions that might have risen while you work on your plan (2 hours of live support) (Oct 21 @ 5-7 PM EST)
- Facilitated by Shawna Meek and coaching friends. Small group breakouts for discussion and brainstorming
- Completed relapse plan
- Opportunity to connect and brainstorm with other women on the healing journey with you
